1. Legal Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to participation in the ASUS ROG Blast London Open promotion (“Promotion”), together with the ASUS Terms of Use Notice and ASUS Privacy Policy. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The promoter of this Promotion is ASUSTEK COMPUTER INC. (UK) (“ASUS”). ASUS reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time with reasonable notice, communicated via appropriate channels. Participation in the Promotion after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes. 

2. Promotion Period and Scope 

The Promotion begins at 14:00 BST on 05.09.2025 and ends at 23:59 BST on 07.09.2025 (“Promotion Period”). To qualify, participants must interact at an official ROG Booth at Blast Open London, within the Promotion Period. 

3. Eligibility to Participate 

- Entry is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are physically present in the UK during the Promotion Period (“Promotion Area”). - Participants must be aged 18 or over. - Employees of ASUS, its affiliates, partners, agencies, dealers, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. - Entries from corporate/commercial customers will not be accepted. - Participation is free of charge, but internet access is required. Only UK residents are eligible to enter and win prizes. Entries from outside the United Kingdom will be automatically disqualified. 

4. Participation Rules 

- To enter, participants must: 1. Interact at the ASUS ROG Booth during the Promotion Period; and 2. Register for an official ASUS ROG Elite Account at https://rog.asus.com/uk/elite. - No confirmation email will be sent after registration. - ASUS is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or undelivered entries. - Following validation, eligible participants will be entered into the prize draw after the Promotion closes on 07.09.2025 at 23:59 BST. 

Winner Selection: - One (1) winner per prize category will be chosen at random from all valid entries. - Winners will be notified via email and/or direct message on Twitter/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. - It is the entrant’s responsibility to check their inboxes (including spam/junk folders). - If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, ASUS reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to another entrant. - Delivery/collection of the prize will be arranged within 28 days of confirmation. Undeliverable or unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and not reallocated. 

5. The Prizes 

Prizes are as stated and no cash or alternative options will be offered. All prizes are organised and fulfilled by ASUSTek UK. A. Survey Completion Prize - One (1) winner will receive a ROG ACE Peripheral Bundle, which may include (subject to availability and change): - ROG Delta II Headset - ROG Harpe II Mouse - ROG Falchion HFX Keyboard B. CS2 Challenge Prize - One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Esport Upgrade Bundle, which may include (subject to availability and change): - ROG Strix XG248QSG ACE Monitor - ROG Delta II Headset - ROG Harpe II Mouse - ROG Falchion HFX Keyboard - ROG HONE XXL Mousepad 

6. Early Termination 

ASUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, with 10 days’ prior notice, in the event of technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control affecting the integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. 

7. Data Privacy 

By participating, entrants consent to ASUS processing their personal data in accordance with the ASUS Privacy Policy: http://www.asus.com/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy. Personal data will only be used for administering this Promotion and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent. Entrants may contact privacy@asus.com to request deletion of their data or make other data-related inquiries. 

8. Liability 

ASUS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising in connection with the Promotion, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and only to the extent permitted by law. 

9. Governing Law 

- These T&Cs and the Promotion are governed by English law. - Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. - Recourse to legal action regarding the outcome of the Promotion is excluded. 

10. Publicity 

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and, where applicable, image in ASUS publicity materials. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media platform.
